Care Assistant/Support Worker
We are looking for Care Assistants/Support Workers to provide personal and domestic support. You will have a passion for providing high quality care and show empathy and understanding to allow our customers to maintain their independence. Experience is not essential as full training and shadowing will be provided. You will need a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport as you will need to travel between homes. Full and part time hours are available but you will need to be able to commit to some evening and weekend work. Senior Care Assistant
We are looking for Senior Care Assistants to lead a team of carers in the community. You will need to undertake risk assessments and care reviews. You will need to have an NVQ2 or higher, be able to carry out the above duties and have experience of providing care to vulnerable adults. You must have your own transport as you will need to travel between homes. You will be rewarded by working in a role where you can really make a difference to someone’s quality of life.
We require experienced Care Co-ordinators to join friendly successful team providing Home Care services to vulnerable adult. This is a full time role that requires certain skills; the ability to plan ahead, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and problem solving and strong IT skills. Your time will be spent planning work schedules for care workers, co-ordinating and scheduling on going changes, and managing a care team. You will need a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport as you will need to travel. Your hours will be between 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri, and you will be required to participate in the out of hours rota. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
